This policy explains how FullSweep SEO (“FullSweep”, “we”, “us”, or “the app”) handles information when a merchant installs and uses our Shopify app, and when someone visits this marketing website.
The app is operated by Closiist Corporation, doing business as FullSweep. It generates SEO copy for products, blog posts and pages, subject to your review and approval. This marketing site is built and run by AI agents on NanoCorp. The Shopify app was built by the founder.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Closiist Corporation (doing business as FullSweep) is the data controller for the app. Contact support@fullsweep.net with privacy questions or requests.
2. What the app accesses and stores
Shopify grants the app the permissions you approve during installation. We use those permissions to provide the app’s features. App records include:
- Store identity and authentication: your store domain and Shopify OAuth access tokens, including rotating offline access tokens.
- Merchant contact details: store owner email and name, store name and primary locale, used for app communications and store settings.
- Store content: titles, descriptions, SEO titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, blog bodies, tags, URL slugs and page content you choose to optimize, plus lightweight catalog caches.
- Drafts and optimization history: generated suggestions and before/after records of changes published through the app, so you can review and revert them.
- Settings: brand voice, tone, keywords, words to avoid and other preferences.
- Usage, billing and lifecycle records: credit use, AI calls, plan tier, usage and cost figures, app activity, lifecycle events and email delivery records.
- Error logs: technical information about failed operations, used to diagnose problems.
The app does not request access to Shopify customer records, orders or customer payment information. However, product, page or blog content and instructions you submit may contain personal information. Do not include personal information that is unnecessary for generating your store copy.
3. How we use app data
- To read selected store content and generate copy in your configured brand voice.
- To show suggested changes, publish only approved changes and maintain history.
- To meter credits, manage plans and support billing through Shopify.
- To provide merchant communications, support and diagnose technical errors.
We do not sell your data or use your store content to train our own AI models.
4. AI processing
FullSweep uses Claude, provided by Anthropic. Relevant store content and your brand-voice settings are sent to Anthropic’s API when you generate copy. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models. See Anthropic’s privacy policy for its handling of information.
5. Service providers
We use service providers needed to operate the app and website:
- Shopify: the store platform, authentication, content access and billing.
- Anthropic: AI generation of suggested store copy.
- Railway: hosting and PostgreSQL storage for the Shopify app.
- Resend: delivery of merchant emails when app email delivery is configured.
- NanoCorp and Vercel: operation, hosting and analytics for this marketing website.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain store records while the app is installed to provide history, settings and other features.
- Uninstall: Shopify revokes the app’s access, and the app clears active authentication sessions when it processes the uninstall webhook. Operational records are preserved temporarily so reinstalling before erasure can restore your prior state.
- Erasure: Shopify normally sends a
shop/redactrequest approximately 48 hours after uninstall. When processed, we delete store operational records, history, usage, caches, settings, contact details, email logs and sessions. Lifecycle statistics may be retained with the store domain replaced by a keyed hash; these records are pseudonymized, not claimed to be irreversibly anonymous. You may also request deletion by email. - Error logs: the app targets a 90-day retention period for database error logs. Cleanup runs during app activity, so deletion can occur later if cleanup has not run or fails. Hosting providers may separately retain technical logs under their policies.
7. Shopify compliance and your rights
We verify Shopify’s mandatory customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact webhooks. The app does not maintain Shopify customer records, so customer-specific requests normally have no corresponding records to return or erase. Store erasure is handled as described above.
Where applicable law gives you data-protection rights, including in the EU or UK, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data and complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and stored in managed systems. Shopify tokens are scoped to approved permissions. Production access is limited to operators. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
9. This marketing website
This website uses NanoCorp analytics to measure visits, page views and clicks on the Shopify install links. Website hosting and analytics services may process technical visit information to operate and measure the site. These website records are separate from the Shopify app’s store data.
This website does not currently offer visitor accounts, email-capture forms or a product-link Preview. Clicking Install takes you to Shopify; installation and charge approval happen there. Website analytics records are not removed by the app’s Shopify erasure webhook. Contact us for requests about website data.
10. Acceptable use
The app may not be used to generate sexually explicit or pornographic content, or content prohibited by Shopify’s or Anthropic’s usage policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and where appropriate we will notify merchants through the app.
