These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FullSweep SEO app for Shopify (“the app”), operated by Closiist Corporation, doing business as FullSweep (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
1. The service
FullSweep generates and publishes SEO copy for your Shopify products, blog posts and pages. It presents suggested changes as a before/after comparison and only publishes changes you approve. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before publishing them.
This marketing site is built and run by AI agents on NanoCorp. The Shopify app was built by the founder. App installation, access permissions and billing approval take place through Shopify, not through this website.
2. AI-generated content and your responsibility
Copy is generated using Claude, provided by Anthropic. AI can make mistakes, and generated copy may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your store.
You are solely responsible for reviewing every suggestion before publication and for all content you choose to publish. Nothing is published without your approval. Independently verify the accuracy and suitability of any optimization before and after it goes live.
3. No guarantee of results
We make no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding search-engine rankings, traffic, sales, conversion, advertising performance or any other outcome arising from your use of the app. In particular:
- Results take time: search engines re-index and re-rank content on their own schedules. Any effect on visibility or sales may take time to appear, if it appears at all.
- Advertising may be temporarily affected: optimizing your catalog changes product content, which can temporarily reduce advertising efficiency and cause advertising platforms to re-enter a learning or calibration phase. That phase may last approximately two to four weeks, but its duration varies and is not guaranteed. Effects may be more pronounced when many items are optimized in a short period.
- Product mix may shift: merchants with large catalogs may experience changes in the variety or distribution of products sold following broad optimization. Such shifts can result from updating content and are not, by themselves, a defect in the app.
- Answer-engine placement is not guaranteed: enabling Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) does not guarantee that an AI assistant or generative search feature will quote, cite, link to or surface your content. These systems do not provide complete visibility into their sources. FullSweep does not promise comprehensive measurement of AEO performance. AEO is content structuring, not a placement or citation service.
- Timing and scope remain in your control: you decide which items to optimize and when. Consider the timing and volume of large optimizations in light of these possible effects.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- Generate sexually explicit or pornographic content, or content prohibited by Shopify’s or Anthropic’s usage policies.
- Infringe intellectual-property or other rights of third parties.
- Disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.
5. Plans, billing and usage
The Trial provides 50 one-time credits that never reset. Paid plans and credit packs are charged through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. The app shows the credit cost before you confirm a generation action.
Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. Unused plan credits do not roll over. The app currently resets paid credit allowances at the start of each calendar month in UTC; Shopify subscription charges run on their own 30-day billing cycle. Trial credits are not a monthly allowance.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire while your store has the app installed. Pack credits are drawn on after the applicable plan allowance has been used. Credits pay for generation, not publication; generating another draft uses credits again.
You can change or cancel your plan through the app or Shopify admin. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already incurred, including unused credits, except where required by law.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on Shopify, Anthropic and hosting providers whose availability is outside our control.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closiist Corporation (DBA FullSweep) and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app, including effects on search rankings, advertising performance or sales.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Data handling after uninstall is described in our Privacy policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
